In combination with WENZEL styling devices, all steps of the design process can be carried out with the RA and RSPLUS series horizontal arm machines. The RA and RSPLUS series are ideal for milling materials such as clay or hard foam.
Even large models can be machined precisely and dynamically on a 1:1 scale. The multifunctional CMMs benefit from their large areas of work. The devices are available in duplex configurations and with an extended Y measurement volume. As a result, WENZEL KMGs can be adapted to the individual needs of the customer. This enables solutions that are significantly superior to the regular industry standard.
The CMG can be operated in CNC mode or manually. This makes it possible, for example, to sketch or mark the design models. As an option, the CNC version is also available with decoupleable pneumatic drives. Individual prefabrications such as grid holes, T-slots, flat grooves, power lines, etc. in the R-series base plate surface can be easily carried out.
